I was wondering :) I didn't think that Indonesian food generally had abalone in it. Where do you normally get fake abalone? Is it easy to find?

Well, it doesn't taste anything like abalone, it's just a gluten substitute with a fleshy texture. You can get these canned fake meats from any Chinese/Asian grocery store.
