Need a recharge

Since our place got broken into, I've spent the past month waiting on Amazon for an elusive replacement battery charger for my digital camera. Unfortunately, the estimated delivery time of 5-11 October was, surprise, surprise, altered on the 11th to 15-22 October. So, I've gone elsewhere for that! If anyone knows any good online places to buy cheap camera stuff, post it here!

i've dealt with them a few times - mostly in an 'investigative' journalist capacity tho! :) they are cheap but i don't think it's worth the savings!

occasionally i've had to look into a few service issues they've had with people who lost or never received their goods - some losses were due to royal mail's incompetence, others could have been avoided. i also did a secret shopper on them last year and wasn't too impressed with the constant delays.

plus they don't deliver to alternative non-cardholder addresses so if you're at work, no one's there to collect the goods from the postman - if you're going to receive several packages, this can be annoying. they also do all their customer service on email to avoid talking to people on the phone - although i have their direct number :)

Go into any Jessops store, and they will price match any price (including Amazon and other non-dodgy online retailers).
